Update: As of the 21st September 2010, we’ve ended the Timetric Portfolios experiment, and we’ve pulled it offline.
We’d like to introduce you to Timetric Portfolios.
What Timetric does for public data, Timetric Portfolios does for stocks and shares — it transforms them into something anyone can play with and make sense of, whether they’re a specialist or not. For instance, our friend, Gareth, wanted to construct his own index of American tech stocks — the Gareth Index!
It takes seconds to create a portfolio from the stocks available (right now, the leading UK and US shares; we’re adding more soon), and you can share those portfolios on Twitter, Facebook, or your blog just as easily. Important data, and great tools, shouldn’t be hard to use. And we’re not done finding statistics, or making ways for you to use them better, yet.
Have a go with Timetric Portfolios and let us know what you think! We’d love your feedback.
Why do you require a facebook or twitter account to use Portfolio. I have neither, do not plan to have either and personally find both systems juvenile. Now why would your company think I should have such accounts to make use of a Financial system designed for the Iphone.
